Last year, our top company driver earned over $105,000. Owner/Operators can make excellent earnings as well. We also have a very generous compensation program for driver trainees. Anyone can promise great pay, but STAR makes it happen.

STAR drivers run some of the most comfortable equipment on the road. With air-ride suspensions, air-ride cabs and "Bostrom" seating, our drivers ride in confort and style. Our "63" and "70" raised-roof sleepers provide plenty of room to stretch out and relax between loads. |

If you are just starting your driving career and have graduated from an accredited truck driving school, we'll make you a STAR. A qualified STAR driver trainer will have you out on you own in no time.
You'll also be paid while training. Once you complete training, you'll receive experienced driver pay. You must be 21 years old and have a current class A-CDL, pass a D.O.T. physical and drug screening and have a good work record for the past three years.
