| Tractor Age - Maximum allowed is 7years/750,000 miles. All trucks must be inspected by Star's shop. |

Stop-off Revenue:
$20.00 per stop after 1st pickup and excluding last drop.
Loading/Unloading:
When under direct request of dispatch, Loading & Unloading shall be paid at the rate of $.15 (CWT) per hundred weight subject to a minimum of $40.00 per load.
Local Work:
If local work is performed by Contractor, it will be compensated at a flat rate to be agreed upon in advance by Contractor and Carrier.
*All settlements to be paid within 15 days of receipt of all paperwork.
*Loaded Miles are based from originating point of shipper's facility or terminal to consignee's address. In case of multiple pickups and stop-offs, loaded miles will be computed from first pickup to last stop-off by adding all mileage between origin point to final destination. Empty Miles are computed for all miles traveled from point of original unloading to point of first pickup of second dispatch, etc. Empty mileage is not paid for "bobtail" miles or empty trailer miles, unless it is in the performance of the directive of the company. All mileages will be computed from the current edition of the Household Movers Guide. A copy of said guide is available for inspection during regular business hours.
*Star offers a Flexible Rider Program: same guidelines as company driver policy.
*Star's Fuel Card Program: (optional) Contractors can be issued a Comdata fuel card for use in purchasing fuel, fuel additives and oil from authorized Star fuel stops. Star doesn't charge a fuel surcharge" or mark up the fuel cost, but contractors are charged an $7.50 administrative fee per transaction.
